Bengaluru, Jan. 23 -- Quoting verses from the Bhagavad Gita to explain success and failure in the real estate business, CREDAI president-elect G Ram Reddy on Friday told developers that projects prosper not by chance alone but through right decisions, sustained effort and disciplined leadership.
Addressing a two-day South Con 2026, a real estate conclave, organised by CREDAI Karnataka and k-nest Construction Tech here, Reddy said the ancient text offers a practical framework for modern business, particularly for an industry driven by execution and long-term responsibility.
