Mandi, Feb. 26 -- Local unit of Communist Party of India (Marxist) in Mandi on Thursday accused the BJP-led Central Government of "completely bowing before US hegemony" and compromising national interests.
The meeting, held under the chairmanship of State committee leader Suresh Sawal, was addressed by State Secretariat members Kushal Bhardwaj and Bhupendra Singh. Bhardwaj presented the agenda, while Singh spoke on the current political situation, alleging that the United States is pursuing an imperialist agenda worldwide.
He claimed that recent US actions, including developments in Venezuela, reflect aggressive foreign policy, which is deplorable.
