New Delhi, Feb. 1 -- The Communist Party of India (CPI) on Sunday criticised the union Budget 2026, alleging that it ignores people's livelihood concerns and weakens India's federal structure, "while concentrating power and resources in fewer hands."Reacting to the Finance Minister's Budget speech, CPI Rajya Sabha MP P.
