New Delhi, Aug. 5 -- A day after a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court closed a corruption case against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain for lack of evidence, the AAP has demanded legal action against those involved in filing the complaint and investigating the matter. AAP Delhi chief Saurabh Bharadwaj accused BJP leader Vijender Gupta, the then Lieutenant Governor (LG), and CBI officials of conspiring to frame Jain in a politically motivated case.
