Kochi, Aug. 13 -- When 43-year-old Sreenath B. Nair from Aluva required a double transplant to replace his failing liver and kidneys, his family stepped forward without hesitation.

His younger sister, Sreedevi, courageously offered a kidney, while his brother-in-law Vipin MN stepped forward to donate a part of his liver.
