Country's new slogan should be 'Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan, Jai Samvidhan': Akhilesh

Lucknow, Dec. 6 -- Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav, on the death anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar, has coined a new slogan of 'Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan, Jai Samvidhan'.

Yadav , while posting on his social media on Saturday, said there should be no pros and cons about the Constitution.

"There should be one opinion: The Constitution is not only a book but also a foundation," he stressed.

Yadav has said the saddest thing for a democracy is that there is a debate in Parliament on saving the Constitution, whereas according to the Constitution, there should be a discussion on taking the country forward. The crisis is actually a crisis of democracy, he said.
