Srinagar, Feb. 26 -- J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday delivered a message to graduating students that cut through the customary pageantry of convocation addresses, urging students to place national service at the heart of their ambitions, urging them to pursue their goals with "one purpose and one priority- country first."Addressing the 21st convocation of the University of Kashmir in the presence of Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan, Sinha told students that nations rise through educated citizens, and when the country advances, its people rise with it.
