Chandigarh, March 16 -- The counting of votes for the two Rajya Sabha seats in Haryana faced a significant delay on Monday evening following a series of complaints filed by both the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress regarding the alleged breach of voting secrecy.

Although the counting was originally scheduled to commence at 5:00 PM at the Haryana Assembly committee room, the process remained stalled for over three hours as election officials deliberated on various objections.
