Lucknow, Feb. 4 -- A case has been registered against an unidentified person for allegedly issuing threats to Uttar Pradesh Congress President and former minister Ajay Rai on social media.
Ajay Rai alleged that he had been receiving threats of "teaching a lesson" on the social media platform Facebook.
The complaint was filed by Congress district president Rudra Daman Singh 'Bablu' at Hussainganj police station, police said on Wednesday. The police have initiated an investigation with the help of the cyber cell.
