New Delhi, Nov. 22 -- The Congress party on Saturday announced a massive, 'Vote Chor Gaddi Chhod Maha Rally', on December 14 at Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi, protesting alleged electoral manipulation and accusing the Election Commission of India (ECI) of being "blatantly partisan."Congress General Secretary K C Venugopal said that the rally aims to send a strong message against attempts to destroy the Constitution and undermine democracy. The party alleges that the ECI has abandoned its neutral role, adding bogus voters, deleting opposition-inclined voters, and manipulating voter rolls.
