Ranchi, Sept. 16 -- As part of its organizational expansion drive, the Jharkhand PradeshCongress Committee (JPCC) convened a major meeting in Dumka, Santhal Pargana, focusingon strengthening Gram Panchayat Committees and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs).
The meeting brought together district presidents, observers, and officials from both rural and urban units.
Presided over by state president Keshav Mahto Kamlesh, with Jharkhand in-charge K. Raju as the chief guest, the session outlined a structured roadmap for party consolidation ahead of upcoming municipal and local body elections.
