Congress rule marked by corruption, disorder and betrayal of public trust, says Vipin Singh Parmar
Dharamshala, Dec. 11 -- BJP vice-president and Sulah MLA Vipin Singh Parmar on Thursday termed the three years of the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh as the "most dark, corrupt and deceptive period in the state's history."Parmar said the Congress came to power by promising ten guarantees, but "delivered zero work, zero achievement and 100 per cent betrayal."He questioned the government's decision to celebrate its three-year tenure in Mandi- "the district that suffered the worst natural disaster this year."Parmar said the tragic scenes from the calamity were still fresh in people's minds, yet the government chose Mandi as its celebration venue.
