Wayanad, Sept. 20 -- Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president Sunny Joseph has said that the party will repay the debt of late N M Vijayan, former District Congress Committee (DCC) treasurer, to the Urban Bank at Sulthan Bathery, at the earliest.
Talking to news persons after a high-level party meeting convened by AICC organizing General Secretary K C Venugopal in Wayanad, on Friday evening. Mr Sunny Joseph said "though the party has no legal obligations, it has a moral obligation towards late N M Vijayan.
