New Delhi, Aug. 21 -- Congress MP Syed Naseer Hussain has submitted a suspension of business notice in the Rajya Sabha to discuss "issues affecting the credibility and inclusiveness of electoral systems." In his notice, Hussain has urged the suspension of all the business listed for August 21 in the Upper House, including Zero Hour and the relevant rules pertaining to Question Hour, to allow a debate on what he described as "serious concerns" surrounding the exclusion of "already precarious communities from electoral rolls."
