Hyderabad, Jan. 27 -- Senior Congress leader Indira Shobhan has called for the removal of Union Minister of State Bandi Sanjay from his Ministerial post over his alleged derogatory remarks about the late People's Poet and activist Gaddar.
Speaking to the media, here on Monday, Shobhan questioned the appropriateness of Sanjay's comments, stating, "Is it fitting for a Union Minister to make such insulting remarks about Gaddar, who dedicated his life to Telangana and the marginalized?"
Shobhan highlighted Gaddar's significant contributions to the Telangana movement through his words and songs, emphasizing that he was a symbol of Telangana's cultural and social awakening.
