Ranchi, Feb. 24 -- Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee president Keshav Mahto Kamlesh on Tuesday described the state budget as a strong and forward-looking step towards comprehensive development, social justice and economic empowerment.
Reacting to the budget presented by the Jharkhand government, Kamlesh said it not only addresses present needs but also lays out a clear roadmap to meet future challenges.
