Raebareli, Jan. 30 -- A controversy has escalated in Raebareli over posters alleged to incite political and religious discord.

The district president of the Congress party, Pankaj Tiwari, has filed a written complaint at the Bachhrawan police station under the city Kotwali area, accusing Rahul Singh, National General Secretary of the Vishva Hindu Raksha Parishad, of disturbing social harmony and provoking religious sentiments.
