Ravi SarafNew Delhi, Jan. 21 -- Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Devender Yadav on Wednesday visited the Kirari assembly constituency after receiving complaints of severe waterlogging, alleging that contaminated water had flooded homes in the area.
