Ranchi, Feb. 16 -- The Jharkhand unit of the Indian National Congress on Sunday criticised the recent US trade agreement signed by the Centre, alleging that the deal disproportionately favours the United States and could adversely impact India's economic interests.

Addressing a press conference at Congress Bhavan, All India Congress Committee Secretary Pranav Jha questioned whether the country's policies were being influenced externally and claimed that the trade agreement was heavily tilted in favour of the United States.
