Patna, Oct. 7 -- Jharkhand minister and Congress leader Deepika Pandey Singh today launched a sharp attack on both the Narendra Modi led central government and the Nitish Kumar led NDA government in Bihar, accusing them of being anti-women and using financial schemes to woo voters ahead of elections.

At the Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee headquarters, Singh told the media that both the Modi government at the Centre and the Nitish government in Bihar have failed to do good for the women. "Transferring Rs 10,000 into women's bank accounts just before elections is nothing but vote-bank politics," she blamed.
