Pune, June 27 -- Conditions are favourable for further advance of Southwest monsoon over remaining parts of the country during next 3- 4 days.
Day temperatures were markedly above normal ( > 5.1degC) at a few places over Arunachal Pradesh; at isolated places over Assam and Meghalaya and Odisha; appreciably above normal (3.1degC to 5.0degC) anda few places over Sub Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim; at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh, Jammu- Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal.
The day temperatures above normal (1.6degC to 3.0degC) at isolated places over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Madhya Maharashtra and Rayalaseema.
