Pune, Jan. 15 -- Conditions are becoming favourable for cessation of Northeast monsoon rains over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal, Kerala and Mahe and adjoining areas of Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Rayalaseema and South Interior Karnataka during the next two days, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Thursday.
Minimum Temperature was below normal (-1.6degC to -3.0degC) at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Gangetic West Bengal, East Madhya Pradesh, West Rajasthan and Bihar, the IMD announced in its daily weather bulletin.
