Patna, Feb. 2 -- Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan said that the state government has taken comprehensive measures to control crime, maintain law and order and communal harmony in the state.
In his joint address to the state legislature on Monday, marking the commencement of the Budget session, the Governor said that law and order has remained the government's top priority since November 2005. Comprehensive measures have been taken for crime control and maintenance of law and order.
