Aligarh, Oct. 12 -- An 18-year-old youth named Karan was brutally stabbed to death by a group of men late last night in the Jawan area of Aligarh. Officials confirmed today that the incident has created communal tension in the region, prompting a heavy police presence.
Karan, the son of Megh Singh, had returned to his home in Jawan village from Noida, where he worked as a labourer. Initial reports suggest that at approximately 11:30 pm, he was allegedly taken out of his house by several assailants and fatally stabbed with sharp-edged weapons. He later succumbed to his injuries.
