New Delhi, Feb. 16 -- : On the occasion of the 79th Raising Day of Delhi Police, Satish Golchha, Delhi's Commissioner of Police, on Monday unveiled a towering 32-foot 3D portrait of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at the Police Headquarters on Jai Singh Road.
The installation, mounted on the front glass facade of the building, stands as a tribute to the "Loh Purush" and was witnessed by senior officers and personnel of the force.
During the ceremony, Golchha also inaugurated a specially designed trophy vitrine at the headquarters to display the prestigious "Best Police Station in the Country" award, symbolising excellence in policing.
