Los Angeles, Aug. 3 -- Comedian and self-proclaimed paranormal enthusiast Matt Rife has become the new proprietor of one of America's most notorious supernatural properties, the late Ed and Lorraine Warren's Occult Museum, home to the real-life Annabelle doll that inspired "The Conjuring" film franchise.
Rife, best known for his stand-up work but also a self-confessed paranormal obsessive, revealed on social media that he and fellow ghost hunter Elton Castee have not only acquired the Warrens' former Connecticut residence, but will also serve as legal guardians for the entire collection for at least the next five years, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
