Mumbai, Nov. 18 -- Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) supply across Mumbai was fully restored today afternoon following the completion of repair work on a damaged pipeline at Wadala, bringing relief to thousands of vehicle owners after two days of severe disruption.
The restored supply has enabled autorickshaws to return to service and helped normalise transport operations across the city. During the interruption, CNG-powered autorickshaws remained off the roads, causing considerable difficulties for office commuters during peak travel hours.
