Shimla, July 7 -- As Himachal Pradesh is grappling with the rising incidents of cloud burst, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu underlined the urgent need to study such incidents. He said that disasters pose the biggest challenges for the future and combating the adverse effects of climate change was a pressing concern for humanity. While presiding over the nineth meeting of the State Disaster Management Authority, the Chief Minister expressed serious concern saying that the matter was also raised with the Union Home Minister.
