New Delhi, Sept. 9 -- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta chaired a high-level meeting today to review pending and ongoing development works in North-East Delhi.
The CM alleged that the previous government had neglected development in the populous Purvanchal areas of North-East Delhi, resulting in delays and stalled projects.
She assured that her government will ensure speedy progress, timely release of funds and proper implementation so that the area can fully contribute to the vision of 'Viksit Delhi'.
Announcing Kapil Mishra as Minister-in-Charge of the constituency, Gupta said he will coordinate with public representatives and monitor project progress to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
