Expressing happiness over the recognition, the Chief Minister described Sidha Reddy as a distinguished humanist whose writings capture the struggles of society and the emotional fractures witnessed during the Covid-19 pandemic. He specifically lauded the poet's work "Animesha", a collection of poems that reflects the human condition during challenging times.
