Under the 'Shandaar Chaar Saal Bhagwant Mann De Naal' initiative, the Chief Minister announced that his administration has provided a record 65,264 government jobs, the highest in the state's history. To address the grievances of youth who became overage due to recruitment delays under previous regimes, the state government also granted a one-time five-year age relaxation, ensuring that those who lost opportunities were given a fair chance to compete.
