Bhubaneswar, Feb. 6 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Thursday watched the premiere of Hindi feature film 'Godaan' at his official residence and declared it tax-free in Odisha.
Addressing the media on the occasion, the Chief Minister also announced that a cow research centre will be set up in Odisha soon.
While watching the film, the Chief Minister was moved and said that 'Godaan' is a complete family film, which connects children with their parents and gives a strong message to explain the values of Sanatan Dharma.
