New Delhi, April 20 -- The Chief Justice of India, Justice Surya Kant, on Monday delivered the 22nd D.P. Kohli Memorial Lecture at Bharat Mandapam, highlighting the growing challenges of cyber crime and the need for a coordinated, technology-driven response from police and the judiciary.
