Aizawl, Oct. 1 -- A growing wave of concern has emerged in the southern districts of Mizoram, with major civil society organisations in Lawngtlai and Siaha strongly opposing what they perceive as an erosion of the autonomy and powers of the region's three autonomous district councils.
