Mumbai, Feb. 5 -- A CID team questioned personal secretary of late Ajit Pawar, Avinash Solvat, for more than four hours at the state secretariat about the January 28 air crash that killed the late Deputy CM and four others at Baramati airport, sources said.
The CID team reached Ajit Pawar's office on the seventh floor of the Mantralaya around 2 pm and questioned Solvat till late evening and the process is yet to be completed, sources said here on Thursday.
Solvat was considered one of the most trusted aides of Ajit Pawar and was associated with the late deputy CM for more than 15 years.
