Jammu, Aug. 24 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today visited Government Medical College in Jammu to enquire about the health of citizens injured in Chisoti flash floods.
The team of doctors briefed the Lieutenant Governor on appropriate and specialised treatment and an integrated approach to the care of the injured for their quick recovery.
It was informed that 16 people are presently undergoing treatment at GMC Jammu and being monitored by senior health staff.
Speaking to media persons on the sidelines of his visit, the Lieutenant Governor reiterated the commitment of the administration to trace the 32 persons who are still missing.
