Patna, Feb. 20 -- union Minister Chirag Paswan on Friday ruled out his mother Reena Paswan joining politics saying, she never expressed her willingness for such purpose.
Paswan told media persons that his mother Reena Paswan had never desired to join politics. It was a different matter that she had been appearing in public with his father Ram Vilas Paswan as his wife and now with him as his mother, he said and added that such appearances did never mean her willingness to join politics, he remarked.
The union Minister was responding to queries of media persons regarding possibility of his mother going to Rajya Sabha from Bihar as NDA candidate. Polling for election to five Rajya Sabha seats from Bihar, is to be held on March 16.
