New Delhi, Aug. 18 -- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar today stressed the need for India and China to move ahead in bilateral relations with a candid and constructive approach from both sides and said relations between the ''world's two largest nations'' should be guided by ''three mutuals-mutual respect, mutual sensitivity and mutual interest.''
In his opening remarks at the delegation-level talks with visiting Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, the External Affairs Minister said ''differences should not be allowed to become disputes nor competition conflict.''
