Chandigarh, April 21 -- Chandigarh Police on Tuesday visited the residence of author Madhu Kishwar in Delhi to serve a legal notice in connection with a First Information Report (FIR) registered against her and others over allegations of sharing misleading content on social media. The police team, led by Inspectors Iram Rizvi and Sarit Rai, reached her premises to formalise the request that she join the ongoing investigation.

Narrating the incident, Madhu Kishwar stated that her security guard informed her of the arrival of five police personnel, including two women officers, at her office.
