Ranchi, April 19 -- The Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries held a meeting of its Skill Development Sub-Committee to review initiatives and plan training programmes for industry employees.
The meeting discussed implementation of recent MoUs signed with XISS, BIT Mesra and Jharkhand Government Tool Room to promote skill development in the state.
Vice presidents Praveen Lohiya and Ram Bangad said efforts should focus on ensuring maximum benefit of these initiatives for Chamber members and businesses.
The committee decided to organise training and workshops on digital marketing and artificial intelligence. It also agreed to conduct sales training programmes for employees of traders and businesses.
