Bengaluru, Feb. 2 -- Priyank Kharge, Karnataka's Minister for IT, BT, and Higher Education, on Monday, highlighted the state's pioneering role in supporting gaming, animation, and emerging technologies, saying that Karnataka's approach is more structured and effective compared to central government initiatives, which he described as "nothing but excess."Kharge said that Karnataka has been a leader in formulating targeted policies across IT, biotechnology, data centers, and startups.
