Chennai, Feb. 9 -- Exactly a month after actor-turned politician Vijay's swansong film"Jana Nayagan" could not be released on the scheduled date of January nine coincidingwith the Pongal festivities due to censorship row and the subsequent legal wrangles, theCentral Board of Film Certification (CBFC) today said the film was sent to the CensorBoard's Review Committeee.

Following the CBFC's move, the Producers of the film had decided to withdraw the casefiled in the Madras High Court.

A petition in this regard was filed with the High Court Registry by the fimmaker's counselVijay Subramanian and it was likely to listed on the withdrawal list for early hearing.
