Imphal, Jan. 15 -- : The Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Regional Office, Imphal, in collaboration with Ningombam Ideal Youth Club (NIYC), organised a Special Outreach Programme on 'Viksit Bharat' at Ningombam Laxmi Bazar today.
The programme was organised to create awareness and encourage public participation in realising the vision of a developed India.
