Hyderabad, Dec. 31 -- Telangana Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar has appealed to citizens across Telangana to actively take part in the National Road Safety Month celebrations, which will be observed from January 1 to 31.
Speaking ahead of the month-long campaign, the Minister said the programme will be conducted across all districts, mandals and villages under the aegis of the Telangana Transport Department. Emphasising collective responsibility, he urged public representatives, officials, students and citizens from all walks of life to participate and help spread awareness on road safety.
