Kolkata, Feb. 21 -- Acting on directions from the Supreme Court, the Calcutta High Court has issued a notice outlining the framework for judicial supervision of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in West Bengal on Saturday.

The notice follows a high-level meeting held today under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Sujoy Paul, with senior officials from the Election Commission of India, the state administration, and the judiciary in attendance.

According to details discussed in the meeting, all district session judges will be utilised for SIR-related adjudication work.
