New Delhi, July 16 -- The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today cleared the 'Prime Minister Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana' for a period of six years, beginning 2025-26 to cover 100 districts.

The programme introduced in the Union Budget 2025-26, will converge 36 existing schemes across 11 departments, a first-of-its-kind focusing exclusively on agriculture and allied sectors.
