New Delhi, April 13 -- A police team that went to arrest two burglars in West Delhi's Hari Nagar on Sunday was attacked by the latter who stabbed the law enforcers while attempting to flee, but were eoverpowered, police said.
A senior police officer said the accused were identified as Babloo Singh and Dharam Singh, adding the injured police personnel were taken to DDU Hospital.
On Sunday, ASI Vinod, HC Ravi, Constable Devender, and Abhishek of the Anti-Snatching and Burglary Cell, Outer District, reached Gali No. 5, Shiv Nagar, while trailing a few suspects wanted in a case of PS Rani Bagh.
