Ranchi, Nov. 26 -- Key welfare initiatives, scholarship disbursement issues and upcoming budget preparations took centrestage at a high-level review meeting held today at the Kalyan Complex, Morahabadi.
The meeting was chaired by the Minister of the Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste and Backward Class Welfare Department (except Minority Welfare).
Senior officials, including the Secretary of the department, the Tribal Welfare Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Deputy Director (Welfare) and other departmental officers, were present to assess ongoing schemes and plan for future interventions.
