Chennai, Feb. 2 -- The real estate body CREDAI Chennai today said the proposalto offer a tax holiday till 2047 to overseas cloud service companies who use data centersin India in the union Budget presented yesterday was a welcome move.
It said the Finance Ministry has made several steps to create some jobs and all of thesewill have some indirect gains for real estate development.
