Lucknow, April 24 -- The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has once again expelled its former national coordinator Jayprakash Singh, marking another major disciplinary action within the party in just two days.

According to party sources, BSP chief and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati's recent visit to Delhi appears to have been followed by a series of organizational decisions targeting senior leaders in western Uttar Pradesh.

Earlier on Thursday, Haji Sarfaraz Rain, the zonal in-charge of the Saharanpur division, was removed from his post over allegations of indiscipline.
